The ANU Chinese Classical Music Ensemble is celebrating its 10th year with a concert at the Ainslie Arts Centre. The concert is being presented in association with the Australia-China Friendship Society and half of the funds raised will be donated to Project Hope, which aims to bring schools to the poorest rural areas of China.
Members of the ensemble include staff and students at ANU together with members drawn from the wider Canberra community. New members are always welcome. The ensemble plays traditional Chinese music on traditional instruments and plays regularly at events around Canberra. Performance requests are also welcomed. Please visit the ensemble’s website for more information.
