FOUR PILLARS DISTILLERY: Maker Session

Join us for a hands-on gin making session with one of our Four Pillars Gin distillers...

These classes are limited to just 16 people per session – so get your ticket pronto! Held in our new private distilling space overlooking our Four Pillars distillery, we will guide you through the Four Pillars gin-making process.

You'll have the chance to work on a ‘micro-distillation’ in our smallest CARL copper still, Eileen. After you’ve added the botanicals to the still, our distiller will take you through a brief history of gin and the rise of craft distilling in Australia. All the while you can watch the distillation bubbling away and admire the process in action, before tasting the spirit as it comes out of the still at an unbelievably pure 90% ABV once the distillation is complete.

Along the way, you’ll get to taste five of the gins we’ve produced since we launched in 2013, and nibble on some tasty bar snacks to keep your strength up while you sip.

And to take home you’ll get a 200ml bottle of Rare Dry Gin, jar of orange marmalade and a 500ml Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water. Plus we’ll send you a 700ml bottle of your Makers Session Gin a few weeks after the session (total RRP goodie bag $135).

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

You must be at least 18 years of age to attend this event.

What's the refund policy?

Due to the planning and travel required to attend a masterclass at Four Pillars Distillery in Healesville, we can only give you a refund on tickets cancelled more than one week before your scheduled class. Date changes also require at least 7 days notice. If you would like to cancel or exchange your tickets, please email nicole@fourpillarsgin.com.au.
