Introductory course to help perfect your customer service and guest interaction skills specific to East Kimberley Hotels and Hospitality Venues. You will feel equipped with the essential tools and techniques to thrive in the hospitality industry.
This short course provides participants with:
- Understanding what your employer expects of you in your role
- Understanding the importance of high standards in the workplace (Including personal presentation)
- Greeting and Seating Guests, including Phone Etiquette
- Learning and practicing various meet and greet styles, depending on the type of business
- Interacting with Guests (Fundamentals)
- Appropriate conversations with customers
- Understanding the menu and the importance of product knowledge
- Serving Guests
- How to communicate with customers when things are not going well and how to fix an angry customer’s experience
This course will take place over four days - Monday 30th of March - Thursday 2nd April, 8:30am - 1:00pm daily . Attendance is required on all fours days to sufficiently complete the course. On completion, participants will receive a certificate of participation in the workshop.
