Excellence Evolution: A Journey Through the ABEF Framework

Category 4: People

We all usually look forward to a bit of downtime, but in this workshop, it's a dirty word! Join Blue Crane's team and learn new ways to support employees by identifying and improveing the things that steal their attention and energy.

This workshop will help you to eliminate stoppers from your teams' daily work, with a focus on decreasing waste and understanding value-add activities.

This workshop series has been developed to:

  • Be tool-oriented
  • Provide an interactive experience
  • Emphasise practical application of the Australian Business Excellence Framework

Explore New Disciplines

Are you familiar with the Disciplines of Operational Excellence? In this workshop, we will apply several Lean Management and Lean Six Sigma tools, explaining how to use them to realise immediate improvements in your daily work.

Learn - and Use! - New Tools

Blue Crane's workshops are designed to be interactive and leave you prepared to use new tools in your daily work - whether we are teaching in the classroom or online!

In this workshop, we will walk you through tools including DOWNTIME and Value-Add Activity Analysis to understand where value is being lost in your organisation and resources.

About the Business Excellence Australia Workshop Series

Each workshop in this series is designed to allow organisations to focus on one Australian Business Excellence Framework (ABEF) Category in their organisation, regardless of industry, size or business type. In 90 minutes, we will explain the importance of this topic, introduce a tool (or tools) in an approachable, repeatable way, and tie it back to the ABEF framework for sustainability and continued maturity growth.

Join all seven workshops and see the full uplift across your organisation over the course of the year!

To learn more about the ABEF, Business Excellence Australia (BEA), and the Global Excellence Council (which includes BEA, Baldridge Performance Excellence Program and EFQM, among others), please visit the BEA website.
