The Calm Within is a guided breathwork and meditation experience designed to gently bring your nervous system back into balance so you can finally feel relaxed, clear, and present again.


What this session is

This is not a lecture.

This is not therapy.

This is not spiritual or religious.


It is a practical, guided experience that uses breath and focused awareness to help your body release tension and come out of fight-or-flight.


You will be guided through:

• Gentle breathwork to calm your nervous system

• A grounding meditation to quiet the mind

• A deeply relaxing body reset


Most people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease.


This experience is for you if you…

• Feel overwhelmed or constantly “on”

• Struggle to switch off at night

• Feel anxious, tense, or restless

• Want a simple way to reset your mind and body


No experience is needed.

You don’t need to be “good at meditation.”

You just need to breathe.


What to expect

You will lie or sit comfortably in a calm, safe space.

You will be gently guided through breathing and relaxation techniques.

There is nothing you need to do or share.


This is a space to let go and reset.

Who is facilitating


This experience is guided by Chrinda Events, a Bendigo-based wellbeing collective specialising in breathwork, meditation, and nervous system regulation.

Our work focuses on helping people feel safe in their bodies again so they can think clearly, sleep better, and live with more ease.


Chris Epworth is a creative entrepreneur and transformational guide who turned his greatest challenges into his purpose. Chris left the 9-5 world to live a life aligned with truth and freedom. A professional photographer, videographer, DJ, and MC, he is now trained as a life coach, completing breathwork facilitator training, and mentoring men through deep inner work and emotional growth. Chris is co-founder of Chrinda Events.

After battling uncontrolled diabetes for over 20 years, Chris took radical ownership of his health, shedding over 50kg, coming off all medication, and reclaiming his energy, confidence, and life.

He’s faced depression, low self-worth, and decades of people-pleasing. He knows what it's like to feel stuck, small, and unsure of your place in the world and he’s proof that it doesn’t have to stay that way.

Today, Chris is a grounded, healthy, purpose-driven leader who inspires others through his story, his heart, and his commitment to creating a life built on integrity, courage, and inner strength.


Linda Kaye is a certified NLP practitioner, relationship coach, meditation teacher, Reiki Level 2, Breathwork facilitator and co-founder of Chrinda Events who turned decades of trauma, heartbreak, and survival into deep purpose and healing.

After four divorces marked by infidelity, addiction, and emotional abuse, Linda now uses her lived experience as her greatest strength, helping others break toxic patterns, heal self-worth wounds, and create conscious relationships.

In 2021, a late diagnosis of ADHD and Autism shifted everything, giving her the insight and compassion to finally understand herself. Her healing journey deepened in 2023 through breathwork, meditation, and holistic transformation. Today, she is medication-free, mentally grounded, physically strong, and devoted to guiding others through their own breakthroughs.

Linda leads women’s circles, speaks from the heart, and empowers others to release their past, reclaim their power, and rewrite their story, no matter how many times life has knocked them down.
