For 70 minutes, you’ll be fully enveloped in sound, light, and stillness as the walls around you come alive with lush rainforest projections, live acoustic music fills the room, and the deep resonance of crystal singing bowls guides you into a state of complete calm.

This is not a yoga class. This is not a meditation workshop. This is something you have to feel to believe.

What to expect:

You’ll arrive at the beautiful Artful Yoga Gallery in the heart of St Kilda. The space will be transformed with mood lighting, gentle aroma, and the soft glow of projected rainforest canopy across every wall. You’ll settle onto your mat, close your eyes, and let the music and sound wash over you as the forest comes to life around you.

There is nothing to do. Nothing to perform. Just be.
