Forest Therapy, a guided experience in the Royal National Park, Sydney

Overview

A Forest Bathing Morning in the Royal National Park

Reconnect, Refresh & Rejuvenate

Step away from the noise, the to-do lists, and your phone! and gift yourself a slow, peaceful morning immersed in nature.

Join us for a guided forest bathing (shinrin-yoku) experience at Willow Tree Flat in the beautiful Royal National Park, just south of Sydney. This gentle, evidence based nature therapy is an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the forest, with your senses, and with yourself.

Forest bathing is not a hike and there’s nothing to “achieve.” It’s about slowing down, tuning in, and allowing the natural world to support your wellbeing. Guided by an certified practitioner, you’ll be gently led through a series of simple invitations that encourage mindfulness, sensory awareness, and deep rest.

As we move slowly through the forest, you’ll be invited to:

  • Awaken your senses through sight, sound, touch, and scent
  • Experience deep relaxation and nervous system reset
  • Release stress and mental fatigue
  • Enjoy a rare morning off from phones, notifications, and life’s demands
  • Feel grounded, refreshed, and quietly rejuvenated

This experience is especially suited to anyone seeking:

  • A deeper connection with nature
  • Time and space just for themselves
  • Gentle wellbeing practices without pressure or performance
  • Calm, clarity, and restoration

No prior experience is needed, and all fitness levels are welcome. The walk is slow, accessible, and designed to be supportive and inclusive.

Come as you are whether that be curious, tired, open, or simply in need of a pause. Let the forest do what it does best.

Spaces are limited to keep the experience intimate.
Please remember to include your email address and mobile number when booking so we can send you important event notifications and updates.

We look forward to welcoming you into the forest.
