This Intensive Bootcamp will provide for purpose professionals with the opportunity to work alongside like-minded individuals to develop the critical skills required to navigate the policy development process and make change happen.
The Bootcamp will cover theory on how social change happens, the policy development cycle, the political process and points of influence, the art of articulating a clear problem and ask, communicating clear messages and making the case for change, writing for policy, developing advocacy strategies, identifying innovative advocacy tactics and case studies from across the for purpose sector.
At the end of the Bootcamp participants will be able to develop tailored advocacy strategies for their organisations with innovative tactics to achieve your desired policy outcomes.

About the facilitator
Caterina Giorgi is a Co-Founder of For Purpose. Caterina has worked in the for purpose sector in a range of policy, advocacy and sector development roles for almost a decade. She was most recently the Director of Policy and Research at the Foundation for Alcohol Research and Education, where she worked at the national, state and territory government levels to bring about change to reduce the harms from alcohol.
