Format :

The Roundtable will involve 24 Aged Care Managers responsible for food quality and service delivery.

The session will cover three topics :

  • Identify challenges : Aged care leaders have identified issues such as budget, supply chain, waste, menu choice and availability.
  • Explore what works : Previous suggestions include greater resident involvement in menu planning, smaller high protein servings, supply chain improvements.
  • Identify possible solutions : Can the sector work together to deliver possible solutions such as education, product development or practice improvement ?
