Food Coop Tour with the ANU Kitchen Garden

Tour of Canberra's Food Coop. Learn how to shop for plastic-free, local food, how to get involved in the community & enjoy a free lunch

Meet at the Kitchen Garden Plot for a walking tour (5 minutes walk each way!) to Canberra's oldest Food Coop - a vibrant local food community where you can volunteer, enjoy delicious, cheap lunches and shop for groceries completely plastic free. At the end of this tour, we will enjoy a group lunch in the Food Coop.

There will be three tours:

Monday 23rd Feb 11:30am-1pm, Tuesday 24th Feb 12pm-1:30pm and Monday 2nd March 11:30am-1pm. You can only attend one of the tours.

ANU students only. Numbers are strictly limited so please join the waiting list if you miss out and let us know if you can't make it so we can give your ticket to someone else.

Lunch is free, sponsored by the Kitchen Garden Program, ANU Student Life.

Meet at the Kitchen Garden Plot at 11:30am.

Bring a water bottle.

Stay home if you're sick.
