Get ready to indulge in a delicious celebration of folk music and fluffy pancakes at the Folk Pancake Festival Maslenitsa SA 2026!

Folk Pancake Festival Maslenitsa SA 2026 is a free, outdoor celebration of food, music and community.Inspired by the Slavic Maslenitsa tradition, the festival centres around pancakes, shared meals and welcoming the changing season.
In Australia, it has grown into a multicultural folk festival, bringing together performers and communities from Eastern and Southern Europe, South America and beyond.

Expect pancakes and street food, live folk and world music, dance performances, colourful costumes and a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere.

Family-friendly activities and performances run primarily through the afternoon, with evening performances later in the day.

Everyone is welcome- come hungry and curious.
