It's the Friends of Lake Gwelup's Annual Planting Day! We have hundreds of native flowering seedlings to plant  and we would love your help.

The Friends of Lake Gwelup (FoLG) Annual Planting Day is being held on Sunday 15th of June, 2025.This year we are extending our site and planting another 1,800 native flowering plants.These plants will provide the site with a lush understory as well as a much needed food source for wildlife. Increasing biodiversity in this bushland pocket is our goal and we'd love your help!The event starts at 8.45am.FoLG have organised a coffee van and free morning tea for all volunteers. We have certificates and nature crafts for our little volunteers and some prizes to give away! Woohoo! Join us for a morning of community &amp; conservation.Please register your attendance so we can cater the event appropriately. Parking is available along Finnerty and Wanstead street. See you there!
