Overview

Learn hands-on floral design, create stunning flower arrangements, and build skills for home, events, or further floristry training.

Turn your passion for flowers into a creative outlet or career with this hands-on short course. Over six engaging sessions, you’ll gain the basic skills needed to design and create floral goods suitable for sale in a community marketplace.

You will gain practical skills in creating a variety of floral arrangements for the home or as gifts, while learning how to select, prepare, and care for flowers and foliage sourced from your garden, local markets, or floristry suppliers. Each session combines demonstration, discussion, and guided practice, allowing you to explore different arrangement styles, such as hand-tied bunches, posies, feature displays, and table centrepieces.
