Jasmine is a sensitive sol mentor, zen meditation and vibrational healing teacher, flower whisperer, spirit channel and tea ceremonialist. She facilitates ceremonies, workshops and courses teaching energetic healing meditation practices and how to enhance them with the vibrational tools of spirit guide communication, flower essences, herbal energetics and plant medicine.

Following the path of the ‘Flower Whisperer’…

Jasmine, after her namesake, has a distinct affinity with flowers and their plant spirits. She discovered this after many years of studying the Art of Zen Buddhist Vipassana Meditation, which led to realising she could hear and communicate with spirit guides and plant devas.

Matching you to your Flower Guides

Upon deep studies in the subtle energy fields of vibration, consciousness and life experience with high sensitivity, Jasmine has developed enhanced skill in interpreting and perceiving the subtle energy communications from the spirit world, and as such, flower spirits. As an empath, Jasmine energetically tunes into and senses which flowers resonate with your sol’s individual energy, imbalances, Dharma (sol purpose) + spiritual path. In her Flower Essence Consultations, she connects you to those which are currently stepping forth to help guide you on your healing journey.

Preparation

Yoga mats, cushions and blankets will be present in the space, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Please bring the following items:

• Water bottle
• Comfortable, warm, loose clothing that enables movement with ease
• Any sacred or familiar items to support you or vibrationally charge into your medicine (mala beads/sacred jewellery, crystals, feathers, journal, eye mask, etc.)
• Snacks (to ground after the journey before your drive home)

We ask that you do not arrive before 1:40pm as we will be preparing the space. We suggest to arrive 1:50pm to allow time to visit the bathroom + create your nest. Please be on time to respect the other participants. Doors will close sharply at 2:10pm to honour the safety of ceremonial space.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Mugwort tea will be served and is not suitable for those pregnant or breastfeeding. Please inform Jasmine on the day so alternative arrangements can be made for you.

Please consult your doctor before booking ahead about any allergies to the teas and flower essences or contraindications you may have with your medications or medical history.
