Paramount pilates studio presents Flex After Dark and it is taking over WONDERLAND Nightclub.
Our beginner friendly Flex class has been created to help empower women in and out of the bedroom with a free flow stretch class to open you up in ways you never knew you needed.
This event is all about reconnecting with your body, building your confidence and embracing your feminine energy, whether you’re finding it again or ready to bring out even more of it.
