Learn how to avoid costly mistakes, assemble like a pro, and gain real insight into cabinet-making techniques. On completion, you’ll have the practical skills and confidence to turn flat packs into a flawless kitchen.

Delivered at CIT’s specialist cabinet-making workshops, this course is delivered through a combination of in-person classroom learning and practical demonstrations. You’ll get to try your hand at assembling and installing flatpack units and see how the professionals do it so you can achieve the same high-quality results at home.


Eligibility and entry requirements

To enrol in this course, you must be aged 17 years or older, and be one of the following: 

  • an Australian citizen or permanent resident 
  • a New Zealand citizen 
  • the holder of a permanent humanitarian visa 


Delivery mode

  • Face-to-face course delivered on-campus over 3 weeks (3 evening classes)
