These FishAbility sessions are part of an inclusive program FREE to Victorians living with a disability.
Designed specifically to cater for all levels of ability, this accessible Fishing Event seeks to promote time in nature, social interaction, rehabilitation, & fun via Fishing.
Supported by our Fishcare Victoria staff and volunteers, all fishing gear is provided, including adaptive options to suit specific physical needs.
We do request that support workers accompany all participants, and play an active role in the overall well-being of the individual throughout the session - please indicate any specific needs in your booking details.
Please Note:
If you are unable to use a booking, please cancel via Eventbrite as soon as possible - these sessions are sought-after, with limited spaces available.
Cancellation of a session may be required by the organiser when predicted adverse weather or other conditions may be unsafe or unsuitable - notifications will be made via email & mobile SMS, sometimes within 24 hours of the intended start time.
