This workshop explores strategies for parents with key steps for setting up healthy sleep habits for all babies, no matter whether they are a newborn, closer to 12 months or older.
Topics covered include:
- How to create a sleep-friendly environment at home.
- How sleep works for babies, toddlers and older children.
- How to establish healthy sleep habits.
- Tips for managing common sleep issues like night waking, short naps, and bedtime resistance.
- Personalised advice and Q&A session with a certified family sleep consultant.
