Learn the basics of first aid techniques through hands-on practice.

This workshop is part of the City of Burnside's FISCH program, Family Initiative Supporting Children's Health.

Bookings are essential.

This non-accredited 2-hour workshop delivered by Head2Toe First Aid in a relaxed, supportive environment—no assessments, just hands-on learning.

It is ideal for new parents, guardians and/or carers of young children, including baby sitters and grandparents who want to build confidence in essential first aid skills tailored to children’s safety.

In this workshop, you will learn:

  • Transport Safety
  • Water Safety and Drowning Prevention
  • DRSABCD and CPR techniques
  • How to use a Defibrillator
  • Managing Life-Threatening Bleeding
  • Responding to Choking emergencies

Our trainer, Lenice, brings professional experience and expertise to ensure the content is practical and relevant for everyday situations.
