First Year Experience Induction

The First Year Experience program is here to support domestic undergraduate students.

Welcome to the First Year Experience Program for 2026! Designed for undergraduate, domestic students as you transition into univerisity life.

We are so excited to meet you during our first formal session of the year, the FYE Induction.

Here are the important details:

• Date: Thursday 19th February 2026
• Time: 11:00am - 12:00pm
• Location: Marie Reay Superfloor (Level 6)

This event is an opportunity to get to know other members of the FYE cohort, Student Leaders and staff, who will assist you effectively transition into university life this year.

During the Induction, you will:

• Get to know other students and staff, who will be your support base this year.
• Understand what the First Year Experience program will involve this year, receiving a calendar, invites to early events and important information.
• Learn about the supports available to you, provided by Student Equity
• Receive your FYE Welcome Pack
