Finding the Thread : auto - ethnogaphic theatre anthropology
Over four sessions this workshop introduces participants to principles and methods developed by Eugenio Barba and Odin Teatret, founders of theatre anthropology, learned through Alice's practical research with this historic theatre group since 2012.
It shares developing questions in the area of auto - ethnographic theatre anthropology, the act or authoing one's own experieince in theatre, with the group.
It offers space for participant to work on their own performance, and develops creative connection between participants and collaborators of local theatre group Institute of Luck.
This project is supported by the Inner West Creative Town Halls program. It is hosted at Mervyn Fletcher Hall, Haberfield.
