Finding my passion

Finding my passion

By Yarra Libraries

Overview

Join us for a community wellbeing session designed to support reflection, connection, and personal growth.

The early months of 2026 are the perfect time to ignite your passions!

We all have passions and activities that bring us joy, yet they often get buried beneath the demands of daily life. This workshop explores how reconnecting with what you love (including past hobbies) can boost mental health and strengthen your overall sense of wellbeing. Through discussion and hands-on experiences, participants will rediscover forgotten interests, spark new ideas, and build confidence to weave these passions into everyday life.

Annette Subhani from New Pathways Coaching & Education returns to guide this session, setting up a series of creative workstations for you to explore and try out both classic and new hobbies.
