Learn how to connect your mind and body through running and feel into a state of flow.

In this workshop I will be discussing the concept of 'Flow', teaching you how to implement mind-body practices to embody it through running.This workshop is for anyone who..- Wants to get started with running but doesn't know where to start- Already enjoys running and wants to know how they can connect with it from a mind-body perspective to improve their performance.-Anyone who wants to improve their relationship with running.-All running enthusiasts. What you will get from this workshop....- An understanding of how you can use running as a movement practice to support your well-being.- Practices that you can use to connect and embody flow during a run.- Awareness of different types of running that you can do to make the most of running as a movement practice. - Gain an awareness of how to ensure running is fueling your well-being not draining it from a mind-body medicine perspective. In this 2 hour workshop my intention is that you will develop a greater awareness of how you can connect to a state of flow through running as a movement practice. I will be faciltating this workshop through sharing, teaching and guidng you through group discussion and practices to support you with embodying all that you have learnt straight away.
