Get familiar with the latest purchasing processes and the finance essentials every staff member can benefit from. This session is ideal for anyone involved in buying, receipting, or managing vendor interactions.
Topics include:
- UNSW Buying Guide: key finance concepts
- Purchase Orders: what they are and how to use them
- Vendor setup and invoice payments
- Receipting for goods and services
💳 Session 2: Expense Management
Learn how to navigate UNSW’s reconciliation software with ease. This session will help you work smarter in Concur, reduce your workload, and avoid common pitfalls.
Topics include:
- Gain practical guidance on how to correctly reconcile out-of-pocket expenses, credit card transactions and supporting documentation requirements in Concur.
- Understand UNSW expense policies and compliance requirements to ensure expenses are processed accurately and on time.
- Explore common expense processing errors and tips to avoid delays, rework, and audit issues.
- Ask questions and receive advice on Credit cards, Financial Delegation, and managing expenses.
