About the artist
Fiona Clark’s photographic practice spans more than five decades, investigating the politics of gender, identity, and the body. Her work has shaped queer visual history in Aotearoa New Zealand and beyond, through her intimate documentation of Auckland’s drag and trans communities since the 1970s.
About the director
Lula Cucchiara was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1989 and immigrated to Auckland, New Zealand, at the age of 17. With a deep passion for storytelling and visual arts, Lula has developed a unique voice in her work, blending her diverse cultural background with a keen eye for capturing human emotion.
