Agenda
-
Boxing Session
Step into a 60-minute boxing session designed to make you feel strong, capable, and completely present in your body. No experience needed, and every fitness level is welcomed. We move with purpose, combining technique, drills, conditioning, and moments to breathe, so you’re not just working out, you’re releasing stress, building confidence, and reconnecting with yourself. Expect real coaching, a supportive vibe, and a space where you can push hard, rest when you need, and walk out feeling lighter, clearer, and proud
-
Breathwork/Meditation with Jade
This 60-minute breathwork session is a chance to slow down, soften, and come back home to yourself. You’ll be guided through intentional breathing techniques that help release tension, clear mental noise, and reset your nervous system. No experience required, just an open mind and the willingness to tune inward. We move gently between grounding, deeper breath patterns, and moments of stillness so your body can let go of what it’s been holding onto. Expect a calm, safe space where you can relax, feel supported, and reconnect with your own inner strength.
