Join us at Howe Farming, a leading mixed cropping enterprise near Mareeba, to explore the trial site currently running on an avocado farm. Discover how soil health, productivity, and carbon sequestration are being monitored following basalt application. While the focus is on avocados, insights will apply across multiple crops, offering valuable knowledge for diverse agricultural contexts.

Bus transport from JCU Cairns, Nguma-bada Campus (Smithfield) can be booked during registration. Seats are limited. The bus will depart at 8:30 am and return to Smithfield at 3:30 pm
