FESTIVE GOLD 2025: Soul-Full Ecstatic Dance to Light You Up

Ecstatic and Conscious Dance classes that supports  youmovefrom fixed to fluid; from having a body to being embodied.Through collective and intentional free-form movement we aim to shift energy, explore new expressions of the body, connect with our tribe and above all, connect with our spirit.Each class offers a different exploration of the body, within a format that (for those returning) feels 'familiar enough' so you don't have to think about how you are going to dance.We start by warming up the body and breathe, dropping into our awareness and making friends with whatever is arising for us in the here and now of our experience.Gradually, you are invitied to move from a place of authenticity and spontineity...  Delving beyond the movement of the physical body to tune in to the subtler experiences of our bodies and using them as inspiration and fuel for our dance expressions... Making space for all that arises, we "move and include it all", expressing what words cannot, and allowing the body to re-organise our expereince, together in movement.Each Dance is supported by a live, specially crafted, DJ set that blends aspects of world, electronic and inspirational music. Live instruments and voice are often added to the mix to help deepen the process and evoke the spirit of your inner dancer.Come and Move... to a different state of BEING.

Altered States
