Overview

Having a fridge jam-packed full of your very own ferments is one of the best ways to add flavour and fizz to your meals.

Makerspace events are 18+ years only.

Having a fridge jam-packed full of your very own ferments is one of the best ways to add flavour and fizz to your meals. You will learn the science of lacto-fermentation as you make your own sauerkraut from scratch, and leave armed with the knowledge needed to take care of your ferments and trouble-shoot if needed at home. We will also chat through brined ferments and discuss different techniques.
