About this event

Come along to this hands-on workshop to learn about the age-old practice of fermenting fruit and vegetables to reduce food waste and improve your gut health.

Fermented foods increase the diversity of our internal ecosystem – gut flora – by introducing and feeding a wide range of beneficial organisms.

Presented by Margert Mossakowska, you’ll discover how to make your own ferments for health and beauty.

This event is in collaboration with Sutherland Shire Waste Services and Sutherland Shire Libraries.
