Join us for an informative talk and demonstration covering the building blocks of fermenting food. Your instructor from Perth City Farm will cover:

• An overview of fermenting

• The fermenting environment and equipment

• Key ingredients

• Health benefits of fermented foods

This talk will be delivered to comply with current government health advice, maintaining distance between participants and good hygiene.

About Perth City Farm

Perth City Farm is a 26-year-old urban farm, established on a former industrial site in East Perth. This once-polluted location has been lovingly rehabilitated by volunteers to become a Western Australian icon for environmental sustainability and community engagement.
