Join us for a nourishing evening of cacao, connection and celebration of the feminine. This hour-and-a-half women's circle is a co-creation intentionally created to bring you back into your heart and soak up the nourishment when women gather together.


Kara Ivy will facilitate this circle and guide us through powerful somatic embodiment practices to tune into the power and love always available to us.

After this circle, you can expect to feel fully nourished and connected to yourself and other women on a deeper more intentional level. When we recharge and fill our cups, extraordinary things can happen in our own lives. From this place, miracles happen ❤️✨🙏

WHAT TO BRING:

Yourself and a water bottle. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat.

WHAT TO WEAR:

Yoga / comfortable clothing.

Kara Ivy is a Holistic Nutritionist based in Brisbane and has worked and studied in the health and wellness industry for over 6 years where she developed a deep passion for women's health and natural therapies. Kara is the founder of the Feminine Circle established in 2019.

Her passion and purpose lie in empowering women to break through self-limiting beliefs and step into their true power free from self-doubt.

Kara believes that holding space for women to connect and feel empowered free from judgement is exactly where healing and self-love begins. She has a strong knowing that every one of us is enough exactly how we are and each person who steps foot in the Feminine Circle Space is unconditionally invited to Come Exactly as They Are.
