Eliza established Feel Good Flows as a place of community connection, through a practice that healed and expanded her mind, body & soul.Teaching at Melbourne's top studios, as well as chosen by large organisations to run corporate wellness events: ie. A soulful afternoon of mantra, movement & dance — reconnecting throat & hips, truth & expression, in sacred feminine flow.

<h3>Your Throat and Hips Are Interconnected... It's Time to Unlock. </h3>In yogic philosophy and energetic anatomy, the throat (Vishuddha) and hips (Svadhisthana) mirror one another. Both are centres of expression and creation — gateways through which emotion, truth, and desire flow.When our hips are tight, the energy of the sacral chakra our sensuality, creativity, and fluidity... becomes restricted. When our throat is blocked, the voice of truth struggles to rise and be heard.To open one is to free the other. When we move the hips, we awaken the waters of feeling. When we chant and sound, we give those feelings permission to be expressed. Together, they invite the body into wholeness: where what we feel and what we speak are finally aligned. Eliza has invited TWO expert facilitators to guide through the day of unlocking the throat and hips under the open skies in a private garden setting. <h3>The Flow of the Day</h3>2:00 PM — Opening Circle &amp; Intention Setting 2:30 PM — Mantra Chanting (opening the throat chakra) 3:00 PM — Movement &amp; Breath with Eliza (unlocking emotion through the body) 4:00 PM — Belly Dancing Journey (guided feminine expression through the hips) 5:00 PM — Closing Circle &amp; Integration<h3>Details</h3>Donation: $60 suggested — please bring cash on the day What to Bring: Yoga mat or small blanket, notebook and water.
