Eliza established Feel Good Flows as a place of community connection, through a practice that healed and expanded her mind, body & soul.Teaching at Melbourne's top studios, as well as chosen by large organisations to run corporate wellness events: ie. Nike, Champion, Adobe, Eliza is growing to become a well-known strong teacher, with a big heart.Believing in honest heart to heart exchanges; the "pay as you feel" donation model still stands to the day, ensuring the practice is accessible to all.Feel Good = Do Good: the mission of Feel Good Flows is to make more people feel good, and in so, do good.@eliza.with.love
