Have you ever wanted to try Acro Yoga? Yeah us too! So we reached out to the local expert to bring you Feel Good Flows - Acro Play.

Tuesdays 6.30pm Feel Good Flows Acro Play with Calisthenics Coach Debreli.

Acro Yoga is a playful, fun and engaging experience that allows you to build connections with people you are practicing with whilst improving your fitness and building epic core strength.

NEW LOCATION: We meet behind the Ferris Wheel in Catani Gardens, St Kilda.

Bring a mat, and be okay with falling over, if it's raining we will catch you the following week.

As always our honesty exchange offers you a Pay as You Can Model - weekly wellness experiences to you with an optional cash donation of your choosing - please bring with you on the day to pop in the donation jar.

Come along, or with a friend, regardless we switch partners... building strong community connection.

Expect 15mins of community connection warm up and core activation, `30mins of acro play covering at least 3 partnered poses, 15mins of stretch and release.
