About the Mini Retreat
Each Mini Retreat offers a nourishing morning of self-care, connection, and restoration. Through mindful movement and conscious stillness, your body softens, your mind settles, and clarity returns. The practices balance energising movement with restful stillness, giving simple tools you can weave into daily life for greater ease and enjoyment.
Join us for our February Mini Retreat with Fei from Seven Teas. Her mindful tea workshop, invites you to slow down, breathe, & reconnect — with yourself, with nature, & with the simple beauty of a shared cup of tea. Guided with warmth & intention, you will learn the basics of traditional tea brewing while exploring exquisite tea as a form of meditation & self-care.
No experience needed — all bodies & levels are warmly welcome.

- Uplifting movement: Pilates, flow yoga, Qi Gong & breathwork
- Restorative yin yoga & meditation for deep release
- Sound healing music to support rest

Fei (飞) is the founder & tea master of Seven Teas, sharing the depth, beauty, & quiet wisdom of Chinese tea culture. Growing up in China, where tea traditions are part of everyday life, she developed a love for the calm & presence of a tea ceremony. With years of practice, Fei has created a gentle, accessible approach that blends tradition with modern mindfulness. We’re excited to welcome her to our monthly Mini Retreat, where you’ll learn tea tools & brewing techniques, be guided through a mindful tea ceremony, & taste some of her exquisite teas
