We’re hosting a special event in the beautiful new space at Brew Method, where we’ll be releasing the latest coffees from Mikava.

Mikava Coffee comes from the highlands of Risaralda, Colombia 🇨🇴. Founded in 2013, the project combines traditional and modern Arabica varieties with experimental, extended fermentations inspired by the wine world 🍇. The result: expressive, complex coffees full of sweetness, fruit, and floral notes.

With farms reaching up to 2000 m and a 1st place at the 2019 Colombia Cup of Excellence 🏆, Mikava has quickly become a project many in the coffee community have been waiting to taste.

As we don’t have a large volume available, we decided to organise this cupping to give everyone the chance to experience these coffees together.

We’ll also be sharing a selection of coffees from our other projects an opportunity to discover what we currently have available.

We truly believe this session will be worth it.

It’ll be a great moment to taste, chat, hear your thoughts, and share the experience with Julijan in her new professional space.
