Overview

Family Partnership Model

The Family Partnership Model is an evidence based ‘relational change’ model that aims to enhance the capacity of practitioners to work with families in partnership and build and sustain relationships. Research has identified that when practitioners embed the principles of the partnership model into their work with families there are improved outcomes for children and their family.

The Family Partnership Model foundation course explores in detail the Family Partnership Model through an experiential and reflective approach, alongside other early childhood professionals. The course consists of 5 days over several weeks with a small group of 8-14 participants and two facilitators. Each day consists of discussion, group work and practice sessions.
