Family Fun Day - Down South Shindig

A country-western themed Family Fun Day with live entertainment, pony rides for kids, street food, market stalls and more.

Note: This event will proceed in the indoor spaces of the location in the event of wet weather.

Join us at Down South Distillery, where there'll be fun for everyone on Feb 28th - A Country/Western themed Family Fun Day as part of our Down South Shindig weekend.

We'll have plenty to eat and drink, including street food, and our crowd-pleasers inside the cellar door restaurant*: Wood-Oven Pizzas, plus delicious mocktails, sodas, and juices.

There's free Games for all ages, a pony for kids to sit on for photos (and if weather permits, a cheeky lil ride led by a guide), Facepainting, a Petting Zoo, Free Line Dancing for all ages and skill levels to try, roving circus performers, and a selection of market stalls selling leather craft, jams and preserves, toffee apples, fairy floss, knick-knacks, baked goods, and more!

And just for the grown-ups, we have our signature gin tastings, exclusive cocktails, and handcrafted beers.
