Overview

An interactive 4-week program designed for parents, caregivers, and children to come together in the kitchen.

Join Megan from Megan's Kitchen for this 1.5 hour practical, fun and interactive session. Each week you will explore different recipies and learn new skills, all whilst working as a team! It is a hands-on learning experience where families can bond and develop a love for cooking that lasts a lifetime.

  • Held on Wednesdays, 11 March to 1 April 2025
  • Cost: $50 for 4 sessions

Purchasing one ticket allows one adult (parent/caregiver) to attend with up to three children, aged 8 and above.

  • No experience necessary
  • Parental supervision is essential
  • Suitable for families with children 7 years and above
  • All ingredients, aprons and recipes cards provided
  • Only book if you are able to commit to all 4 sessions
  • The best part is enjoying the food you have made afterwards.

This initiative is a joint project between the City of Tea Tree Gully and Preventive Health SA. Sessions are currently being subsidised though the Preventive Health SA Wellbeing Hub grant.
