WHAT TO EXPECT

Everyone is welcome! No previous experience is needed. On the day of the event, please wear comfortable clothing. Snacks, fruit, chocolate, water and tea will be provided. You can bring extra layers for your own comfort and a journal and pen if you wish.

EVENT FLOW

9:45am - Arrival & settling in

10:00am - Meditation to connect with ourselves and our ancestors, Introduction to Family Constellations

10:15am - Small group constellation

10:30am - Group constellations with short breaks in between

2:45pm - Closing meditation & grounding

Whether you will be chosen to have your constellation done or being a representative in someone else's constellation, everyone will receive insights and deep healing. I fully trust in the field and we let it to decide who will be chosen by a name raffle.

We will also do small group exercises for everyone to walk away with personal insights and clarity about dynamics in their lives.

WHAT IS FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS?

Family Constellations is a therapeutic approach that seeks to uncover and resolve hidden dynamics within family systems. It recognises that unresolved issues, traumas and entanglements within a family system can be passed down to us through our ancestors, often without our conscious awareness.

In a group setting, by tapping into the collective wisdom of the family system, participants represent family members or elements of the individual's life, creating a visual representation of family dynamics. This process reveals hidden entanglements, loyalties, and unresolved issues that may be hindering your personal growth and well-being.

The goal is to shed light on these hidden influences and facilitate healing, bringing order and harmony to your family system.

ABOUT ME

I am Gabriela Machova, a Family Constellations facilitator and Kundalini Energy & Reiki Master Healer.

In each of my practices, I am deeply passionate about assisting my clients to live the life they deeply desire. It has been such a beautiful and rewarding gift for me to see my clients grow and transform literally in front of my eyes ! 💗

My journey with Family Constellation began in in 2015 when I attended a workshop for the first time. It was the first of many because it was such a profound experience and made a deep impact on my healing journey. I have learnt and practiced with numerous teachers in Australia and internationally, further deepening my relationship with Family Constellations and allowing me to bring this powerful practice to the community here in Sydney.

I feel deeply honoured to have supported hundreds of clients in my workshops and private sessions.🙏
