What is Family Constellations?

Family Constellations is a therapeutic approach that seeks to uncover and resolve hidden dynamics within family systems. It recognises that unresolved issues, traumas and entanglements within a family system can be passed down to us through our ancestors, often without our conscious awareness.

In a group setting, by tapping into the collective wisdom of the family system, participants represent family members or elements of the individual's life, creating a visual representation of family dynamics. This process reveals hidden entanglements, loyalties, and unresolved issues that may be hindering your personal growth and well-being.

The goal is to shed light on these hidden influences and facilitate healing, bringing order and harmony to your family system.

I am deeply passionate about assisting you on your unique path of healing and transformation to live your life you deeply desire! 💫

My journey with Family Constellation began in in 2015 when I attended a workshop for the first time. It was the first of many because it was such a profound experience and made a deep impact on my healing journey. I have learnt and practiced with numerous teachers in Australia and internationally, further deepening my relationship with Family Constellations and allowing me to bring this practice to the community here in Sydney.

💞My mission is to be at service to others and create a safe space to assist them with the initiation of their spiritual journey of healing and awakening, and I can’t wait to share this journey with you.💞
