Warm Welcome and Greetings
At Queen Victoria Gardens, our dedicated volunteers will warmly welcome all participants to the Falun Dafa teaching session, fostering a friendly and inclusive atmosphere from the very beginning. This warm introduction helps everyone feel comfortable and ready to engage with the practice. Then, learners will be introduced to our Falun Gong teaching volunteers present on the day. With a brief introduction and cordial greetings, we will kick off the session.
Introduction to Falun Dafa and Brief Demonstration
The session will begin with a brief introduction to Falun Dafa, highlighting its core principles—Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance—and explaining how the practice promotes mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Attendees will learn about the origins of Falun Dafa, its global presence, and the many benefits it offers, such as stress relief, improved health, and personal growth. Following the introduction, our volunteers will demonstrate the five sets of Falun Gong exercises. This demonstration will provide participants with a visual understanding of each movement, showing the slow, gentle, and meditative nature of the practice. Volunteers will guide attendees through the purpose of each exercise, ensuring they gain a clear overview of the movements and their role in cultivating inner calm and energy.
Hands-On Teaching
After the demonstration, the focus will shift to teaching 2-3 sets of exercises. Volunteers will guide learners step-by-step, ensuring that each participant receives the support and instruction they need to practice effectively. This hands-on approach ensures that learners feel comfortable as they engage with the practice.
