One of the most successful British dance music artists of the past 25 years, Sister Bliss is the pioneering musical force behind Faithless the genre‑defying electronic band she co‑founded with producer Rollo Armstrong and iconic frontman Maxi Jazz. Together, they created a sound that reshaped club culture: a fusion of poetry, politics, and raw emotion that filled dancefloors and stadiums alike. 

With a career spanning over two decades, Faithless have released eight studio albums –including three UK Number 1s and sold over 20 million records worldwide. They’ve amassed nearly a billion streams, scored numerous Top 10 singles, and performed live to millions across the globe, headlining festivals, stadiums, and arenas from Glastonbury to Creamfields, Exit Festival, and beyond. 

Now, in 2025, Faithless return with their most powerful work to date: ‘Champion Sound’, the band’s eighth studio album, released in four chapters across the summer and culminating in the full release on September 5th. Spearheaded creatively by Sister Bliss in a post‑Maxi world, it’s a euphoric yet deeply moving record a meditation on grief, memory, and resilience that captures everything Faithless stand for. 

Following a triumphant return to the live stage their first tour in eight years and the first since Maxi’s passing Faithless sold out shows across the UK and EU, including headline slots at the Roundhouse, Brixton Academy, and their third Glastonbury headline appearance, receiving widespread acclaim. 

At the heart of it all is Sister Bliss – a classically trained musician, composer, producer and  frontwoman. From her early days DJing London’s gay club scene to crafting some of the most enduring anthems in dance music history, she remains one of Britain’s most iconic and influential female electronic artists, known for doing things entirely on her own terms. 

Beyond Faithless, Sister Bliss continues to evolve and innovate. Her weekly radio show and podcast, ‘Sister Bliss in Session’, is syndicated to over 100 stations across 43 countries, while her guest appearances on BBC 6 Music, BBC Radio 2, and BBC Radio 4’s Woman’s Hour affirm her standing as both tastemaker and cultural commentator. In recent months, she’s delivered standout DJ sets everywhere from Pikes and Chinois in Ibiza to Ritter Butzke in Berlin, as well as a jubilant headline performance at the FA Cup Winners’ Trophy Ceremony at Crystal Palace’s Selhurst Park a heartfelt tribute to Maxi’s beloved club. To celebrate the release of Champion Sound, she also played a widely praised set for Mixmag Lab London, seamlessly blending old favourites with new material.
