Join us for this FREE Extreme Heat Preparedness Workshop at The Old Fire Station, 113 Mitchelle Street, Glebe on Friday 27th February from 10:15am -1:00pm.
Heat impacts more people than any other disasters combined. Learn the practical, psychological and social steps to take during extreme heat.
In this workshop you will:
- Learn about extreme heat and heatwaves
- And the physical, mental and financial impacts
- Identify your support network, and who relies on you
- Make a heat plan for you, and your loved ones; and
- Learn what to pack when preparing for extreme heat
