Expressive Art Group - June - Make it rain hail or shine
Fun and therapeutic art group.
Support, discovery, and relaxation.
Art-making on Friday mornings.
Through reflection of weather and landscape we traverse our relationship with money. This month we will explore inner landscapes. Full of representations of our deepest values and passions, the art that emerges from this month’s exploration will help reveal the bigger picture. A sigh of relief around the stress of money, as we bring our deeper values into the foreground.
Who: Adult group age 16+ especially beautiful for people working with their relationship with security, belonging and balancing self-care with care for others.
Method: Guided meditation – movement, pastels and clay
Workshops are held a home studio space in Tweed Heads West. The street address will be provided upon purchase. All art materials are provided, and group members are welcome to bring their own materials too. Groups are generally capped at 6 people and it's an actively inclusive space, so please speak openly about your needs. The studio is accessed via external steps, and sloped drive which sadly may be a barrier for some.
Express yourself through colors, shapes, and textures as you connect with fellow explorers. This event is a fantastic opportunity to meet new people, find and offer support, and gain inspiration from others.
