*** I'm looking for 2-4 people for an experimental 'express' strength program ***
I have an opening for a small handful of dedicated people who want to take their strength to the next level whilst learning to move better.
This New small group program is designed to take up just a 30 minute gym session here at FitStrong in Albany Creek.

Time: 4pm two to three times a week starting week commencing 5th November.

Pricing:
3-5x a week $50
2x a week $12.50 per class
1x a week $15 per class
No Experience with Kettlebells or bodyweight training! 
No problem, I'll teach you everything you need to know during the early stages and on an ongoing basis. To use the cliche, training is a journey.
