Thursday, Jan 29, 2026 from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm ACDT
Overview

Join us in person to explore your lived experience story of gambling harm and connect with others.

If gambling has caused harm in your life, this program offers a free, confidential, and supportive space to help you explore your lived experience. It is designed for people in recovery who want to better understand their story, build confidence, and connect with others who have had similar experiences.

The program runs over four sessions and is delivered in a safe, trauma-informed environment. You will be supported to explore your story from a strengths-based perspective, at your own pace. Sessions focus on building self-confidence, finding your voice, and learning practical ways to cope with everyday challenges.

Participation requires a commitment to all four sessions to ensure a supportive and consistent group experience. After completing the program, participants may be eligible to register as volunteers with Relationships Australia SA and take part in community engagement activities, sharing hope and reducing stigma around gambling harm.

For more information, please contact Coordinator Ramune Haughey directly on 0427 010 099 or email: r.haughey@rasa.org.au
