There's some staggering statistics on endometriosis in Australia. 1 in 9 Australian women are diagnosed with endometriosis by the time they reach the age of 44, and on average if takes up to 6 years for the chronic condition to be diagnosed.
In this live event, we'll get the low-down on common endometriosis myths plus the role of inflammation in endo from QENDO Head of Operations, Isabella Gosling. After searching for answers for her pain for over six years, Isabella, was diagnosed with both endometriosis, and adenomyosis in 2015. Since then she has paved the way for many, empowering them through her work at QENDO, ensuring others have the knowledge, resources and support she needed when she was first diagnosed.

Isabella Gosling is the Head of Operations for QENDO, a not for profit organisation providing support, education and awareness for anyone affected by endometriosis, adenomyosis, PCOS or infertility across Australia. In 2020, she was recognised for her efforts and named 7NEWS Queensland’s Regional Young Achiever of the Year. QENDO’s podcast, Let’s Talk, Period. is hosted by Isabella and each week she smashes stigmas and taboos relating to periods, endo, adeno and PCOS, as well as speaking with influential people in the women’s health sphere. Isabella is passionate about educating and supporting the chronic illness community as well as creating more awareness and understanding.
