Finding it hard to set boundaries while caring for someone with mental health challenges? This workshop will help you better understand what boundaries are, and how they can be helpful in your caring role.
When you care for someone with mental health challenges, it’s easy to put their needs ahead of your own. But how do you set healthy boundaries without feeling guilty?
In this workshop, we’ll talk about what boundaries really are, why they matter and how to set them in a way that supports both you and the person you care for.

Free - This program is funded by the Mental Health Commission to adults who are impacted by mental health challenges within their family or environment.

- A member of the Helping Minds team will contact you to complete the registration and eligibility process.
- If we are unable to make contact within 5 business days, your Expression of Interest may be withdrawn.
- Once eligibility is confirmed, an official Eventbrite ticket will be issued.
